Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kunj Care, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health support services. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

For Scheduled Therapy & Listener Services

1. Cancellation  Policy

  • Clients may cancel a booking within 48 hours of purchase to receive a full (100%) refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours from the time of booking will not be eligible for any refund.

All cancellation requests must be made through the official communication channels provided on the website.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, subject to availability.
  • Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility is determined based on the time of cancellation:
    - Within 48 hours → 100% refund
    - Within 24 hours → 50% refund
    - After 24 hours → No refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation by Kunj Care

In the event that a session is cancelled by Kunj Care or the assigned mental health professional:

  • The client will be offered either:
    - A full refund, or
    - The option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Kunj Care.

7. Processing Delays

Kunj Care shall not be held responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, payment gateways, or external financial institutions.
