This platform, Kunj Care (“Platform”), provides access to mental health and wellbeing services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“User Agreement”), along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform and Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Definitions

• “Platform” / “Kunj Care” / “we” / “us” refers to Kunj Care.
• “User” / “you” / “your” refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.
• “Therapist” refers to a licensed and verified mental health professional providing psychotherapy or counselling services through the Platform.
• “Mentor” refers to a professional providing guidance and wellbeing support.
• “Services” refers to all offerings on the Platform, including counselling sessions, group sessions, workshops, psychological assessments, and AI-based support tools.

Nature Of Services

Kunj Care is an online mental health platform that enables Users to connect with licensed and verified professionals.
The Platform acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary between Users and Professionals. Kunj Care does not provide medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment directly.
All Services are rendered independently by Therapists and Mentors.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion without prior notice.

Disclaimer

The Services are intended for support and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for in-person medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
You agree not to rely solely on the Platform for health-related decisions.
Kunj Care disclaims all liability arising from interactions between Users and Professionals. Your decision to engage with any professional is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Kunj Care does not practice medicine and does not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment.

Emergency Disclaimer

The Platform is not intended for crisis or emergency situations.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, including thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, please discontinue use of the Platform and seek immediate medical assistance.

User Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Users aged 13–17 years may access Services only with parental or legal guardian consent and supervision. The guardian assumes full responsibility for such use.

Terms Of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including:

• Sharing harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempting unauthorized access
• Disrupting Platform functionality

Therapists And Services

All professionals on the Platform are verified; however, Kunj Care does not guarantee outcomes, suitability, or effectiveness of any Service.
Therapists and Mentors are independent service providers and are not employees or agents of Kunj Care.
Kunj Care does not influence or control professional advice or conduct.

Confidentiality And Privacy

Kunj Care is committed to maintaining User confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
However, confidentiality may be limited in cases involving:

• Legal obligations
• Risk of harm to self or others
• Ethical or professional requirements

In such cases, information may be disclosed as required by law.

Payments And Refunds

• All Services must be paid for in advance
• Payments are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Missed sessions without prior notice may be treated as no-shows and are non-refundable

Limitation Of Liability

Kunj Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Kunj Care and is protected by law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without permission.

Termination

Kunj Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion, without prior notice, in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
