Feeling Stuck
Sakshi (she/her) is a Psychologist at Kunj Care. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Christ University Delhi NCR and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University.
Her work is grounded in the belief that we are all, in different ways, trying to make sense of our lives while carrying stories that deserve to be heard with care. Her approach is trauma-informed and draws from the tenets of Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts language, and somatic practices. She works with a systemic lens, understanding concerns not as individual flaws but as meaningful responses shaped by family, culture and relationships.
Her role is to create a space for mutual reflection, gently exploring what feels hard to hold alone, allowing room for shared humanness, and supporting the unlearning of patterns that no longer serve.

Umar offers a calm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can slow down, reflect, and make sense of their inner experiences at their own pace. His work is collaborative, with attention not only to the concerns clients bring into therapy, but also to the therapeutic relationship as a space for understanding and change.
His approach draws primarily from existential and attachment-informed perspectives, while integrating experiential and behavioural techniques as appropriate.
